Below is a list of Governments' who will sign Convention on 30 March.

List is being updated daily
Still I don't see Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the USA on the list. What is going on people. as a colective group of people directly effected by our countries apparent lack of interest in this matter, am I alone in thinking this is a concern?
Still I am glad to see a number of the countries in this list taking an active interest in their disabled community, as some of them have a more difficult time accomedating the needs of their citisons than say, the wealthier developed world who are ignoring this convention..
It is a comfort on the whole that governments seem to be more aware of the varying needs of their people, and are at least on paper, trying to improve things. Every step in the right direction brings us closer to the desired destination. Below are also some links on the convention, and what it will mean for disabled people, outlining what it will do/change.
